All orders are shipped from my studio in London, UK. Domestic orders are shipped via Royal Mail and international orders are sent via Royal Mail/Parcel Force, UPS or FedEx. Shipping prices per item: Standard UK £6, Next Day UK £10, EU £20, Rest of the world £35. I’ll usually dispatch them within 1-3 working days (except Next-Day UK parcels); shipping times will depend on the destination and parcel company. I hope you are happy with your order, but if for some reason you would like to return it, you have 14 days to notify me at hi@victoriaceramics.studio from the date of receipt. After receiving a response, you will have a further 14 days to send your item back to me. The returns period will expire 28 days from the day on which you received your order. Please note, that made-to-order pieces cannot be returned. How to return a piece: Email me at hi@victoriaceramics.studio within 14 days of receipt with your order number and reason for return, and I'll get back to you with the return address. Pack your order securely and send it back to me. Please note: Items must be returned in their original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment. Use a tracked service to ensure your delivery arrives safely and securely, so please retain your proof of postage. Your order will be refunded to your original payment method (including gift cards) once it has been safely received.

All orders are packed in paper-based, recyclable packaging (even the tape!) and biodegradable peanuts. If you ever receive bubble wrap or foam peanuts it is because I am reusing them from another package that I’ve received. Please, reuse it too!
